Research Interests: My work is related to the field of Computational Fluid Dynamics, Heat and Mass Transfer, and Hydrodynamic Stability, with particular emphasis on modal and non-modal (transient) stability analysis of complex fluid flows. I have published my research in reputed international journals such as Physics of Fluids, Journal of Heat and Mass Transfer (ASME), Journal of Fluids Engineering (ASME), International Journal of Non-Linear Mechanics (Elsevier), Mathematics and Computers in Simulation (Elsevier), and International Communications in Heat and Mass Transfer (Elsevier) (6-Q1, 3-Q2) including two Single-Author research articles.

About

Currently working as an Assistant Professor of Mathematics at BMS College of Engineering, Bengaluru, with a Ph.D. in Applied Mathematics. My academic goal is to contribute effectively to teaching, research, and student mentoring in the field of applied mathematics. I am committed to strengthening students’ conceptual foundations in mathematics while motivating them to appreciate its role in solving real-world engineering problems. I aim to integrate research-oriented thinking into teaching and encourage students to engage in analytical reasoning and problem-solving. My research ambition is to advance the theoretical and practical understanding of fluid mechanics, heat and mass transfer, and hydrodynamic stability, particularly in the context of complex fluids, magnetohydrodynamics, porous media flows, and convection problems. I aspire to develop high-quality research that bridges mathematical theory and engineering applications, contributes to reputed international journals, and supports collaborative and interdisciplinary work. Through sustained research, effective teaching, and academic service, I seek to contribute meaningfully to institutional growth, knowledge dissemination, and the training of future engineers and researchers.
