Winners of Broadridge India Innovation Hackathon

Three third year students from the department of Computer Science and Engineering, BMSCE have won first place in the Broadridge India Innovation Hackathon held during May 2023. The team named DataVaders, is led by Ansha Prashanth, and consists of Nisha P and Padmanjali A. Senior Leaders-Mr. Vinayak Naik- Senior Vice President and Mr. Sarath-Vice President at Broadridge felicitated the Hackathon Winners on 15 th September 2023 with certificates and a cash price of Rs.1,00,000/-.

Winners of BMSCE Students in CISCO Event

Event: Women’s Day event at CISCO

22.03.2024 Female students were invited to the Cisco campus in connection with the Women’s day event for empowering women to thrive in coding fields on 22nd March 2024. A coding contest, a panel discussion with the senior leaders and a campus tour were arranged. Our students – Jyothika (VI Sem student from CSE) won the second prize in the coding contest and Varsha (VIII Sem student from ISE) won the third prize in the coding contest.

  • Multiple scholarship programmes in tie up with various corporations.
  • Phase Shift is an annual technical symposium of BMSCE with close tie ups with various industrial organisations where the outcome would be internship offers and MOU’s with these organisations.
  • Pre Employability Skill Test is conducted for pre-final year and final year students, before the start of placements.
  • An Industry connect meet “SAHAYOGA” is organised annually to acknowledge and strengthen ties with industries.
