Process

• The placement office shall establish network and build relations with potential recruiters. Invitation will be sent to potential recruiters to visit the Institute.
• The placement team communicates the dates for campus visit for each recruiter by considering factors like student preference, job profile etc.
• Companies are encouraged to give pre-placement talks before the commencement of recruitment process.
• The companies conduct different rounds of selection process (aptitude test, group discussion, technical interviews and HR interviews) and inform the names of selected students to the placement department. The same shall be communicated to the concerned students and take acceptance from students.
• The placement office conducts general follow-up, joining formalities and other administrative activities.

In the emerging and fast changing world, there an obvious need to produce graduates high level of adaptability, and who are innovate enough to face the diverse challenges. B.M.S.C.E has been promoting quality engineering education over the past seven decades to meet the develpment needs of the country. The institution seeks to provide best possibile opportunities to its students and make them ready to enter the industry portals.
