About
My study delves into computational techniques for solving differential equations, a field that has wide-ranging applications in engineering and industry. Specifically, I focus on mathematical modelling of fluid dynamics issues, encompassing both Newtonian and non-Newtonian fluids, with heat and/or mass transfer. My research zeroes in on single/multiphase flow over/through surfaces/enclosures in porous media, considering various physical parameters. The implications of this research extend globally, with numerous issues in science and engineering standing to benefit.
My research focuses on diverse fluid mechanics and heat transfer issues, such as basic boundary layer flow issues, basic flow between channels, double-diffusive flow in an enclosure, etc., which frequently have geophysical and geothermal applications.
Creating numerical techniques to solve differential equations is something else that interests me. I have so far created the following algorithms to address fluid mechanics issues.
1) Shooting Technique
2) Finite Difference Methods (Explicit, Implicit methods)
3) Spectral Method
4) Finite Element Method
5) Finite Volume Method (Maker and Cell Method), etc.,
.
Currently, I am exploring the use of Deep Neural Networks to solve differential equations. I am particularly keen on fostering collaborations with researchers from different countries who are also working on these topics. I believe that our collective efforts can lead to significant advancements in our field.
