About

I'm Monisha G B. I hold an MTech degree in Computer Science and Engineering from BMS College of Engineering, Bengaluru. My bachelor's is from Vivekananda Institute of Technology, Bengaluru. Previously, I worked as an Assistant Professor in the Department of CSE at City Engineering College, Bengaluru, and currently, I am working as an Assistant Professor in the Department of CSE at B.M.S. College of Engineering, Bengaluru. I'm a prolific researcher who's presented a paper at the Eighth International Conference on Smart Trends in Computing and Communications (SmartCom – 2024) in Pune, India, on "Detection of Online Fake Reviews Using Deep Learning". I hold a patent titled: "SMART IOT-INTEGRATED MACHINE LEARNING FRAMEWORK FOR HEALTHCARE MONITORING AND SURVEILLANCE". I have guided 2 final year projects, one of which was selected for the Karnataka State Council for Science and Technology (KSCST) in the year 2024-2025. I have been attending Seminars and Workshops to improve myself and also to facilitate students. I have published one international conference paper and presented two papers in national conferences. As for internships, I've worked at HSBC Data Processing India Pvt. Ltd. as a Data Analyst & Reporting Services in Hyderabad.
