About

Dr. Nalina V. is currently working as an Associate Professor in the Department of Information Science and Engineering at BMS College of Engineering, Bengaluru, where she has been serving since 2010. She has completed her Ph.D from Visvesvaraya Technological University and M.Tech in Computer Network Engineering from Visvesvaraya Technological University. Her research interests include Computer Networks, Vehicular Ad Hoc Networks (VANETs), Cloud Computing, and Internet of Things (IoT). She has published 30 research papers in international journals and conferences. She has also been granted one patent.
She has successfully guided and secured five Karnataka State Council for Science and Technology (KSCST) student projects, with projects being selected for funding and recognition for three consecutive years and the faculty mentor for the Smart India Hackathon (SIH) 2025 winning team.
