About

Dr. P Jayarekha has a BE degree from PES College of Engineering Mandya, University of Mysore with distinction. She holds M.Tech (VTU Belgaum ) in Computer Science securing second rank in 2002 and Ph.D. degree in Computer Science . She more than two decades experience in teaching field. She has published 35 research papers in referred International Journals and also few in national and international conferences. She has been invited as a resource person for conduction of workshop on Latex , Computer Networks and Practical Implementation of Computer Networks through Cisco Packet Tracer, Riverbed to faculty members and Students of various engineering colleges She has been also invited as Recourse Person for OBE Workshops . Research Scholars are working on various fields like cloud computing, WSN and related areas under her guidance. She is the NBA co-ordinator for the department of ISE.
She has been actively involved as an expert member in various committees such as AICTE, NBA. Currently, she is working as Professor in the department of Information Science and Engineering at BMS College of Engineering, Bangalore, India
