About
I am working as Associate Professor in the Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering, BMS College of Engineering, Bengaluru. I received bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering in 2005 and a master’s degree in Power Systems Engineering in 2008 from Visvesvaraya Technological University, and Doctorate from National Institute of Technology Tiruchirapalli in 2023. I have 15 years of experience in teaching. I have published 15 papers in reputed journals and conferences. My research areas include demand side management, energy routing, internet of energy, optimization techniques for energy management systems and Net zero energy buildings. I have received funding from MHRD and Nidhiprayas, GOI for conduction of GIAN workshop and research project. I have also undertaken various audits in the academic campuses and executed consultancy projects. I am an active IEEE senior member and advisor for IEEE PES student branch at BMSCE.
