About
I am from the north eastern part of India and was born in the beautiful state of Tripura. During my schooling and after that, I was lucky to get a chance to travel multiple places within India for my education and professional career. I had been to Germany, USA, Singapore and South Korea as well to attend various conferences and research related activities. Professionally, I am result oriented person and am passionate towards academics and research. My academics and research interest are in the area of smart grid, photovoltaics, non-volatile memory materials etc.. I continue to pursue my research in these areas and am fortunate to secure project funding from different government organizations. I believe in continuous learning and I continue to learn new topics, courses through online training classes like NPTEL. Other than my work, I like to spend time with my family, listen to music, and watching movies.

I. Fetched Grant
1. Rs 18.9 Lakhs Under Young Scientist Scheme, from SERB, Department of Science & Technology, New Delhi (September 2013 to March 2017).
2. One of the Principal Investigators of Centre of Excellence in Advanced Materials research under TEQIP-II (5 Crore project) established in 2014 at BMSCE. In 2020 additional grant of Rs 2 Crore received for the same project under TEQIP-III.
