About

Presently I am a Professor in the Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering at B.M.S.C.E.. I completed my Ph.D. in the area of “Voltage Source Converter based DC systems” at VTU, Belagavi. I obtained M.E. degree in Power Electronics and B.E. degree in Electrical Engineering from B.M.S.C.E. I have guided UG, PG projects and research scholars in the area of Power Electronics Converters, HVDC systems, power quality , power converter controls, various topologies of Multilevel converters and renewable energy systems. I am a member of IEEE SSIT ES professional body. I have actively involved in coordinating various workshops/FDPs and also extracurricular events such as UTSAV and PHASE SHIFT at the institution level.
