I believe that every student is extraordinary and that I am bestowed with an unique opportunity to motivate and inspire them to participate in processes that can lead to their development to emerge as competent professionals as they pass by the portals of BMS College of Engineering.I am passionate about "Outcomes Based Education" and am one who is convinced that this approach is objective in nature and the focus of this
approach is towards set up of well defined structures for Course Design, Delivery and Assessment that can drive the educational system. I firmly believe this would eventually bring in transparency in the engineering education system in India.
