NIRANTHARA, the Solid Waste Management Unit of BMSCE, was inaugurated on November 3rd, 2023. This monumental event was made possible through a collaborative effort between the esteemed Department of Biotechnology and the visionary ISRC. Witnessing the convergence of expertise and dedication, we embark on a journey to reshape the landscape of waste management, fostering a sustainable and eco-conscious tomorrow.

Niranthara Events - 2

On 14th December 2023, as a part of PhaseShift, the technical club of BMSCE a stall of Niranthara put up in Indoor Stadium, educating the students of BMSCE and other colleges about the vermicompost work and plastic degradation research happening in Niranthara. Every stages of vermicompost was displayed including the starting dry leaves, leaves mixed with compost, earthworms and final vermicompost product.
