Research Interests: Sustainable consumer behaviour, marketing management, sustainability in engineering and management, adoption behaviour of smart and green building materials, consumer behaviour modelling, integrated marketing communications, mixed-methods research and social science research.
About
Mr Rajendra P is a multidisciplinary researcher and academician specialising in Marketing Management, Sustainable Consumer Behaviour, and Sustainability in Engineering and Management. He has published in several Q1, Q2 & Q4 Scopus and Web of Science indexed peer-reviewed international journals & a few conference proceedings papers in international conference proceedings, and his research contributions integrate marketing frameworks with sustainability-driven behavioural/psychology models, particularly in the adoption of smart, green, and sustainable building materials.
With over five years of industry experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, and logistics & supply chain operations, he brings a strong blend of academic insight and corporate exposure into the classroom. His expertise includes mixed-methods research and consumer behaviour modelling, enabling him to guide students in high-quality research and industry-orientated learning.
He is passionate about teaching, research, mentoring, consultancy, and industry collaboration and is committed to fostering innovation, sustainability awareness, and experiential learning among management students. His academic interests include Consumer Behaviour, Integrated Marketing Communications, Marketing Management, Sales and Retail Management, Services Marketing, and Logistics & Supply Chain Management.
