About

Having 24 years of experience and excel in Teaching UG & PG students, Research & Consultancy, with a strong passion for knowledge sharing and institutional growth. Have published over 25 technical papers in journals, and presented 5 papers at international conferences. Have led 4 Central Govt. funded research projects by NRiDA, on performance evaluation of rural roads as Principal Investigator (PI) and collaborated on 3 projects as Co-PI, and other research projects with a cumulative funding of about ₹173 lakh. Was in-charge & successfully completed more than 10 consultancy projects viz., quality monitoring, pavement designs, mix designs for roads, airport pavements, commutation yards, etc., worth about ₹65lakh in the past 2 years. One PhD awarded, and presently guiding 06 candidates for their PhD research work under VTU, Belgaum and co-guiding 01 candidate under JSS University, Mysore. Guided over 85 M.Tech dissertation projects (2014-2024) to successful completion. Presented research work at Montana, USA at the Transportation Research Board (TRB) Low volume roads conference in Sep 2019.
