About

I have over a decade of academic experience, with teaching and research interests in embedded systems, healthcare sensors, IoT-based medical devices, and sensor design and fabrication. I hold a Ph.D. from Visvesvaraya Technological University (VTU), awarded in 2021 for my research on the development of VOC sensors for early malaria detection. I also hold an M.E. in Computer and Communication Engineering from Anna University, and a B.Tech in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Mahatma Gandhi University, Kerala.

My research has been supported by prestigious grants including SERB-POWER and DST-NIDHI PRAYAS. I have filed and received multiple patents in the areas of biomedical instrumentation and sensor technologies. I am passionate about interdisciplinary research that addresses real-world challenges, particularly in healthcare and intelligent systems.

I actively mentor undergraduate and postgraduate students, promote student-led innovation, and contribute to academic development through workshops, faculty development programs, and collaborative projects. Through a research-driven and student-centric approach, I strive to integrate emerging technologies into academia and contribute meaningfully to both the academic and societal landscape.
