About

I teach PG Courses (MTech in Transportation Engineering & management at BMSCE) including Traffic Engineering, Applied Statistics & Probability, Geometric Design of Transportation facilities, Theories of Traffic flow. My Research interests are Travel Demand modeling, Travel behavior, Choice modeling, Performance analysis at signalized intersections etc. I have guided 30 MTech Dissertations in the above mentioned areas. My recent areas of interest include role of Intermediate Public transport in Urban travel demand management, Choice behavior with regards to personal Electric vehicle, Work from home vs Offline work mode vs Hybrid mode and its implications on travel demand.
