About

Dr. Shubha Muralidhar, Associate Professor at the Department of Management Studies & Research Centre has more than 2 decades of academic experience. She is specialized in the area of HRM and is interested in conducting workshops in the area of application of psychometric tests, SPSS and the like. Dr. Shubha has also conducted several workshops in the area of Accreditation for Management Programme, Case study writing and publishing, Research methodology and so on. She is currently a registered guide under VTU. Two scholars were awarded Ph. D and three scholars are currently pursuing research under her guidance. Dr. Shubha has published in several research papers and book chapters in National and International journals which are indexed in Scopus , ABDC and UGC care. She has co-authored a book on "Change and Knowledge management" catering to PG students. She has organized a programme on "Social Entrepreneurship under the aegis of Global Academic initiative network (GIAN) and working as Co-PI on a funded project of National Commission for women, New Delhi.
