1. Smart Aroma: PLC-Controlled Automated Incense Manufacturing - Team ARMS (Students: Abhishek, Ravi Kiran, Mohan, and Subramanya) from the Department of Electronics & Instrumentation Engineering (EIE) has secured the Appreciation Award and a ₹20,000 cash prize at the prestigious 6th Mitsubishi Electric Cup, held February 19–21, 2026.
Competing at the national level in Pune, the team emerged as one of only 34 finalists selected from a massive initial pool of 288 teams across India.
