About

Supriya P, BE, MTECH (Software Engineering) currently serving as Assistant Professor in BMSCE has teaching experience of more than 7 years and industry experience of 2 years. She has credited with Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in area of Computer Science, MTech in Software Engineering.
From 2011 to 2013, she worked as Web Developer in Jay Research Solutions under Global Brands Magazine. During 2015, she worked for Zestech Pvt Ltd and had conducted various placements drives and training for various colleges like SJBIT, SJCIT, BGSIT across Bangalore. During 2017 to 2021, she worked as Assistant Professor, Department of Computer Science in Nitte Meenakshi Institute of Technology (NMIT), Bangalore and from 2021 to 2024, she served as HoD & Assistant Professor (Dept of BCA) in Ramaiah Institute of Business Studies. In NMIT & RIBS she was actively involved in both academic and administrative work of the institution and has worked for LIC, NAAC, NBA accreditations, NIRF Ranking, Times Ranking. She was a mentor for consultancy Project of Pinnacle Solutions for engineering students in NMIT. She has organized and was resource persons for student development programs in the area of web technologies and android application development.
She also has experience of teaching coding and Artificial Intelligent gaming concepts for students across the globe during her tenure in Byjus Pvt Ltd. She specializes in Web Technologies, Mobile Applications Development, Machine Learning and languages C, C++, JAVA, Python, JavaScript, and frameworks like jQuery, React JS, Flutter.
She has authored books on DBMS, Computer networks, Web Technologies for BCA students of Bangalore University, Bangalore City University and other universities of Karnataka published by Vision Book House. She has published research papers on DNA computing, Machine learning in International journals and conferences. She is being regularly invited as resource persons for Faculty Development Programs, Student Development Programs by reputed institutions across Bangalore.
