Dr. SHAILAJA .V .N currently Professor in the Department of Industrial Engineering & Management, is an accomplished academician with over twenty five years of teaching experience demonstrating exceptional dedication and hard work. She has successfully executed AICTE Funded Project worth Rs. 9.5 Lakhs to pursue her PhD from VTU in the field of Ergonomics. She has published and presented many technical papers in leading International and National Journals and conferences of high repute. She has taught various subjects for UG students such as Industrial Engineering, Human Factors Engineering (Ergonomics), Strength of Materials, Machine Design, Theory of Machines, Management Information Systems, Financial Accounting & costing, Facilities Planning Design, Quality Assurance & Reliability, etc.,
Dr. SHAILAJA .V .N is actively involved in various University, Institution and Department level assignments, showcasing her ability to adapt to newer system functionalities seamlessly. She always looks for an opportunity to enhance and accomplish enormity. She is a self-motivated team player with excellent Interpersonal and Communication skills and Management capabilities.
