About

I am passionate about my work. Because I love what I do, I have a steady source of motivation that drives me to do my best. I am ambitious and driven. I thrive on challenge and constantly set goals for myself, so I have something to strive toward. I’m not comfortable with settling, and I’m always looking for an opportunity to do better and achieve greatness I have taught many subjects for UG & PG students and love to learn and teach new subjects every year. I have guided many UG & PG projects and guiding Ph.D scholars. Presented many research papers at national and international conferences in India and abroad. Published many research papers in national and international journals. Attended Train the Trainer workshops at Singapore &Hongkong as a part of SAP- University alliances. I have actively participated in many administrative and cultural activities conducted by the institution & coordinated departmental activities to get NBA Accreditation to the IE &M department for six years(2012-2019) .
Selected for AICTE- UKIERI Leadership development programme 2020, Member of the HBR advisory council of Harvard Business Review.
