IIT Kanpur recently launched Young Professional Program to infuse fresh and young talent in its incubator at IIT Kanpur. The opportunity involves one-year-long training before incumbents are inducted as Assistant Managers within the setup to lead different incubation processes.
The incumbents are paid stipend during the traineeship and offered a handsome salary after successful completion of the training when they're inducted as employees in the setup
