About

I had early education in Acharya High School –Gauribidanur, Siddaganga high school and Sarvodaya college-Tumkur. Then I pursued B.E Mechanical Engineering from Mysore University (1987), M.Tech in Production Engineering Systems Technology from Kuvempu University (1992), and Ph.D. from VTU-Belagavi (2006).
Presently working as Professor, Mechanical engineering, BMSCE, Bengaluru. Served the Institution in various capacities including Lecturer, Sr. Lecturer, Assistant Professor, professor.
Academic and Research expertise areas includes Advanced Materials like Composite materials, Nano composite, Characterization, Wear and Machinability Studies of materials. Has guided more than 8 PG projects and 4 Phds. Actively involved in research and guiding 5 Research Scholars under VTU-Belagavi and published 26 Technical papers in refereed International Journals, 2 National Journals, and presented 23 Technical papers in International Conferences. Executed several funded projects, consultancy assignments and coordinating the projects worth more than 5.3 crores at the institution level since last 10 years.

Organized 4-worksops, 1-international conference, 5 graduation day ceremonies.
